    We are going to implement a mentoring system. There is going to be 1 Head Mentor,he is the one organising the Mentoring Programme. There are going to be multiple Supervision Mentors that can help Mentors with hard questions. Every Admin+ can receive the Moderator title. Everyone in the Staff Team may ask a Mentor for a Mentoring Session,the Mentor can accept it.There are no bounderies on whom to mentor,if a SA asks a admin to Mentor him it's legit,because Mentoring is not only about Rule knowledge. Each Mentor can have multiple mentees at the same time. Each mentee can change his mentor after each session. Mentors will give feedback to a Supervision Mentor.

    Everyone may write a Guide,but it takes a Staff Member to approve the guide. You may NOT ask a Staff Member to approve your Guide. No offensive language in the guide.

    Breaking any of these rules will result in a Punishment that can range from a Tier 1 to a Community ban! 1.Only use your Powers on duty. 2.Don't Abuse your powers. 3.Don't use your powers on another Staff Member without asking for permissions to do so. 4.Don't RP while On Duty. 5. You can't punish other Staff Members,contact a Super Admin + or make a Report. 6.Don't ask for promotion. 7.Don't Build or Spawn props while on duty. 8.Don't Spawn,drive or ride a vehicle on duty. 9.Don't use your Powers to get an advantage over regular players. 10.Don't punish without a Situation. 11.Staff rank will not prevail punishment upon breaking a rule.

    1. NO sexism, racism, discrimination. 2. NO excessive disrespect to staff members and other players. 3. NO advertising other servers, communities, websites. Doing so will result in a Community Ban. 4. NO cyber-attacking of any kind. (DDoS, Password Guessing, Hacking) 5. NO alternate accounts. Doing so may result in a Community Ban. 6. NO posting in the incorrect section. This may result in a warn if done excessively. (Including memes and unrelated content in applications, etc.) 7. NO adult or obscene images in posts, avatars, or in the form of links. 8. NO spamming both in and out of the chatbox. 9. NO arguments and debates in the chatbox. Keep it private, or contact a Super Admin+ for assistance.
  7. Only make one post per suggestions, that means just changing small stuff and posting it again is instant deny. If your Suggestion is accepted,you may contact the Staff Member assigned for the Suggestion. You need to make a Poll with the Question: "Should we implement that?" and answere options "YES" and "NO"
